In 2016, I wanted to study psychology. I got rejected—a slap in the face. But that's exactly when I discovered something that drives me to this day: a love of car care. While washing my BMW 6 Series, I realized: It's not just about cleanliness. It's about that moment when you step back, look at your car, and feel proud. A shining moment.
In 2017, I founded Mamm – with CHF 500, without a plan, but with passion. A small idea became one of the largest car care shops in Switzerland. But with growth came mistakes: too many products, too many costs. At the end of 2022, we ran into trouble. In 2023, I was on the verge of giving up everything.
My turning point came at the car wash. I took the products back into my own hands – and the passion was back. That's when I knew: Mamm can't go under. We're not here to be just any old shop. We're here to give car lovers exactly those moments of brilliance.
So we changed everything: reduced our product range from 1,500 to 300 products. Eliminated excess bulk. Regained focus. We built our own brand with AntiDirt – with so much trust that we offer a 100-day trial.
Today, we're stronger than ever: clearer, more focused, and just for car enthusiasts. No dealers, no reconditioners—100% just for car enthusiasts.
Our vision: By 2030, we want to build the largest car care community in German-speaking countries – with hundreds of thousands of car enthusiasts sharing their passion.
