Where is my order?

You can view the status of your order at any time in your customer account. There you'll also find out whether your order has already been shipped.

We ship all orders received by 4:00 PM the same day. As soon as your package is on its way, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. The post office will also inform you directly via email about the shipment's progress.

Has my payment been received?

You can view your orders in your customer account under "Orders." Open the relevant order – if no outstanding amount is displayed, your payment has been received.

If you ordered with CembraPay, Klarna, or Twint, we will automatically record the payment as "paid." In this case, you pay the amount directly to the respective payment service provider.

How does the 30-day return policy work?

We want you to feel safe when shopping at Mamm – that's why we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy.

Your benefits:

  • 30-day return policy on almost all products
  • Simple & fair: Money back for unused, new goods
  • Return label from us for only CHF 7.– or you can send it back yourself

This is how it works:

  1. Order & decide in peace.
  2. Return within 30 days (unused & in new condition).
  3. After inspection, we will refund you the purchase price.

Important details:

  • The goods must be unused, complete and in new condition.
  • Return costs: CHF 7.– with a Mamm label or you can organize the shipping yourself.
  • Exceptions: Polishing machines, high-pressure cleaners, and other electronic devices are excluded from the right of return.
  • Refund: Usually within 5-10 business days after receipt of goods.
How long does delivery take at Mamm?
  • Switzerland & Liechtenstein: 1–3 working days
  • Germany: 2–4 working days

We ship all orders placed before 4:00 PM the same day.

Can I return goods to you? How do I return goods?

Yes, you can simply register a return in your customer account within the return period:

  1. Open order
  2. Select “Manage” → “Request return” via the button
  3. We will review your request and provide you with a return label

We'll conveniently deduct the CHF 7 for the return label from your refund. Alternatively, you can arrange shipping yourself.

Was my order successful?

After completing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email. You can also check whether your order has been processed at any time in your customer account under "Orders."

If you haven't received an order confirmation, please check your spam folder first. If you don't find anything there, contact us – we'll help you immediately.

Can I also order by phone?

Yes, you can place your order by phone:

Our staff will personally accept your order. Payment is possible as follows:

  • CembraPay invoice purchase with 30 days payment period
  • Directly via our checkout : We will send you a secure payment link via email or SMS.

Please note: For security reasons, we do not accept credit card information over the phone.

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to change or cancel an order, please send us an email immediately – ideally within 30 minutes of purchase – to support@mamm.ch .

The sooner you contact us, the better: Our logistics work very quickly, and once your order has been shipped, subsequent changes are unfortunately no longer possible.

The item I purchased has since been reduced. Am I entitled to the new price?

No, there is no subsequent entitlement to the reduced price.

Discounts and promotions are always valid only for the specified period and cannot be applied retroactively. This ensures that all customers receive fair and transparent terms.

Are the items in the online shop actually available?

Yes, our online shop shows you in real time whether an item is in stock – in over 99% of cases, the stated availability is correct.

In rare cases, discrepancies may occur due to inventory discrepancies. If, contrary to expectations, an item is missing from your order, we will contact you immediately. Together, we will find a solution – either through partial delivery or a straightforward cancellation and refund of the item.

Questions about payment

How can I pay for my order at Mamm?

We offer you various secure payment options:

  • Twint – Instant payment or purchase on account (30 days)
  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • CembraPay – Purchase on account (30 days) or installment payment
  • Klarna – Purchase on account (30 days)
  • PayPal

This way you can choose the payment method that is most convenient for you.

How secure are payments in your shop?

Your safety is our highest priority.

  • We use the latest security standards in checkout (SSL encryption).
  • All payments are processed through certified payment service providers – either through their own interfaces or through Shopify Payments.
  • Your data is absolutely protected with us.

If you still have concerns, you can also place your order with us by phone. In this case, you can also pay in advance via IBAN .

Why am I receiving a reminder?

As a rule, you will not receive any reminders directly from Mamm.

If you've ordered from us on account, it's always done so through a third-party payment provider (e.g., CembraPay or Klarna). These payment service providers are responsible for invoicing and receiving payments.

If you receive a reminder, please contact the respective provider directly – we do not have access to their systems and cannot process the reminder for you.

What is the delivery time for my order?
  • Switzerland & Liechtenstein: 1–3 working days
  • Germany: 2–4 working days

We ship all orders placed before 4:00 PM the same day.

How much are the shipping costs?
  • Switzerland & Liechtenstein: CHF 7.95 per order – for orders over CHF 100, we ship free of charge.
  • Germany: EUR 4.90 per order – for orders over EUR 50, we ship free of charge.

This way you always know exactly what costs will be incurred – with no hidden fees.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking link . This allows you to track your package online at any time.

In addition, the post office or shipping service provider will inform you directly by email about the current shipment status.
