Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order at any time in your customer account. There you will also find out if your order has already been shipped.
All orders received by 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day. As soon as your package is on its way, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation via email, including a tracking link. Additionally, the postal service will directly inform you via email about the shipment's progress.
Has my payment been received?
In your customer account under "Orders," you can view your orders. Open the relevant order – if no outstanding amount is displayed, your payment has been successfully processed by us.
If you ordered with CembraPay, Klarna, or Twint invoice, the payment will be automatically recorded as "paid" immediately. In this case, you will settle the amount directly with the respective payment service provider.
How does the "30-day return policy" work?
Your shopping at Mamm should feel secure – which is why we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy.

How it works:
- Order & decide at your leisure.
- Return within 30 days (unused & like-new).
- After inspection, we will refund your purchase price.
Important Details:
- The goods must be unused, complete, and in like-new condition.
- Return shipping costs: CHF 7.– with a Mamm label, or you can arrange shipping yourself.
- Exceptions: Machine Polishers, Pressure Washer, and other electronic devices are excluded from the return policy.
- Refund: Usually within 5–10 business days after receipt of goods.
How long does delivery take with Mamm?
- Switzerland & Liechtenstein: 1–3 working days
- Germany: 2–4 working days

Can I return items to you? How do I return items?
Yes, you can simply register a return in your customer account within the return period:
- Open order
- Select "Manage" → "Request return" via the button
- We will check your request and provide you with a return label
We will conveniently deduct the CHF 7.– for the return label from your refund. Alternatively, you can organize the shipping yourself.

Was my order successful?
After completing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email. Additionally, you can check in your customer account at any time under "Orders" to see if your order has been recorded.
If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your spam folder first. If nothing is found there either, please contact us – we will help you immediately.
Can I also order by phone?

Our staff will take your order personally. Payment is possible as follows:
- CembraPay Invoice Purchase with a 30-day payment term
- Directly via our checkout: We will send you a secure payment link via email or SMS.
Please note: For security reasons, we do not accept credit card details over the phone.
How can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel an order, please send us an email at immediately – preferably within 30 minutes of purchase – to support@mamm.ch.
The sooner you contact us, the better: our logistics team works very quickly, and once your order has been shipped, unfortunately, subsequent changes will no longer be possible.
The item I purchased has since been reduced in price. Am I entitled to the new price?
No, there is no entitlement to the reduced price retroactively.
Discounts and promotions are always valid only for the specified period and cannot be applied retroactively. This ensures that all customers receive fair and transparent conditions.
Are the items in the online shop actually available?
Yes, our online shop shows you in real-time whether an item is in stock – in over 99% of cases, the specified availability is correct.
In rare cases, there may be discrepancies due to stock differences. If an item from your order is unexpectedly missing, we will contact you immediately. Together, we will find a solution – either through a partial delivery or through a straightforward cancellation and refund of the item.
Payment Questions
How can I pay for my order at Mamm?
We offer you various secure payment options:
- Twint – Instant payment or purchase on account (30 days)
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- CembraPay – Purchase on account (30 days) or installment payments
- Klarna – Purchase on account (30 days)
- PayPal
This allows you to choose the most convenient payment method for you.
How secure are payments in our shop?
Your security is our top priority.
- We use the latest security standards during checkout (SSL encryption).
- All payments are processed through certified payment service providers – either via their own interfaces or via Shopify Payments.
- Your data is absolutely protected with us.
If you still have concerns, you can also place your order by phone. In this case, advance payment via IBAN is also possible.
Why am I receiving a reminder?
You generally do not receive payment reminders directly from Mamm.
If you ordered on account with us, it was always through a third-party provider (e.g., CembraPay or Klarna). These payment service providers are responsible for invoicing and payment processing.
Therefore, if you receive a reminder, please contact the respective provider directly – we do not have access to their systems and cannot process the reminder for you.

What is the delivery time for my order?
- Switzerland & Liechtenstein: 1–3 working days
- Germany: 2–4 working days

What is the shipping cost?
- Switzerland & Liechtenstein: CHF 5.90 per order – orders over CHF 79.– ship free.
- Germany: EUR 4.90 per order – orders over EUR 50.– ship free.
This way, you always know exactly what costs are involved – with no hidden fees.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking link. This allows you to track your package online at any time.
Additionally, the postal service or shipping provider will directly inform you via email about the current shipment status.
