Here's what applies if you don't like something. No small print.
100-day money-back guarantee
On all AntiDirt products and the CarWash Box. Even after use, 100 days from delivery.
Test it on your car. If it doesn't convince you, you get your money back. You keep the opened bottle, the towel or the brush. Only the CarWash Box goes back. If you ordered several of the same item, you test one and send the rest back unused.
30-day returns
On all other brands, 30 days from delivery. Electronic devices are excluded.
If something is not right, send it back. Items must be unused, complete and in as-new condition.
How to get your money back

Email us at support@mamm.ch with your order number.

You send back other brands, the CarWash Box and unused multiple units; you keep an opened AntiDirt product. You pay the postage. Our return label costs CHF 7, is optional and usually cheaper than the post office.

As soon as we have processed your return, you get a confirmation by email. From then on, the money is usually with you within 5 working days, via the payment method you used.
Our mistake, our cost
If something is missing, broken or wrongly delivered, we pay for the return. This also applies to a missing spray head, an item you did not order and incorrect information in the shop. If something arrives damaged, send us a photo at support@mamm.ch.
Exception: electronic devices
Polishing machines, pressure washers and other electronic devices are excluded from the 30-day return policy. Your statutory rights remain in place for all products.

From CHF 300, every order ships free with signature. If you pick up, we invite you as soon as your order is ready.
Top service, as always, the products are at home within 3 days max. That's how it should be.
