Cancellation Policy - January 15, 2025

1. General
Orders placed with Mamm.ch are binding and oblige the customer to accept the ordered products and services. Changes or cancellations of orders can only be made with the prior consent of Mamm.ch.
2. Cancellation by the customer
- Cancellation is generally only possible if the goods have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
- To cancel an order, please contact us immediately by email at support @mamm .ch, stating your order number.
- In the event of a successful cancellation before the goods are dispatched, Mamm.ch reserves the right to charge a processing fee of 20% of the cancelled order value, but at least CHF 60.
3. Automatic cancellation in case of non-payment (in case of advance payment)
- For orders placed with the payment method "advance payment", delivery will only take place after receipt of full payment.
- Products are reserved for a maximum of 10 calendar days from the order date. If payment is not received within this period, Mamm.ch reserves the right to automatically cancel the order.
4. Cancellation by Mamm.ch
Mamm.ch reserves the right to cancel orders in the following cases:
- The ordered products are no longer available.
- The customer has violated this cancellation policy or the terms and conditions.
- The customer's payment has not been received.
- The delivery address is incomplete or unreachable.
In these cases, the customer will be notified immediately by email. Any payments already made will be fully refunded.
5. Refund in case of cancellation
- In case of a successful cancellation before the goods are dispatched, the purchase amount less a processing fee will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days.
- Refunds may vary depending on the payment method and payment service provider. Please understand that processing by external service providers may take additional time.
6. Exceptions to cancellation
- Orders for personalized or customized products and custom-made items cannot be canceled.
- Products that were specifically ordered for the customer (e.g. special orders) are also excluded from cancellation.
